·   Increased Cingular’s market share by directing, managing and deploying 1st GSM Cellular Network in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Croix 3 months ahead of plan. Continues on site presence managing companies and local resources led to the success of this milestone.

·   Managed entire Cingular/ATT network review: Civil, Hardware and Software capacity, capabilities and deficiencies, the reports led to complete rework of all deficiencies, site resizing, antenna re-orientation and traffic balancing.

·   Increased capacity and compatibility of Cingular Puerto Rico market by introducing and implementing new products, trials and verifications: PrOptima, MCPA, MBCCH.

·   Reduced cost of UMTS RIP by over $250K while leading four multi company teams (Nortel, Cingular, Motorola & Ericsson) to complete major UMTS network Rips in Seattle, Phoenix, San Francisco and Detroit (Over 1400 sites).

·   100% success rate executing software upgrade on over 70 call processing HLR switches by closely coordinating, planning and scheduling multiple functional teams across US regions.
